If you're booking your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early. We'll show you around, explain how everything works, and answer any last-minute questions. No pressure, no sales pitch - just a warm welcome to the space.
For urgent matters or same-day bookings, calling is fastest. We're usually at the studio during class hours and can help you immediately.
